Frequently asked questions.
How much are classes and how long are they?
Classes cost £12 and are 1 hour 30 minutes long
What should I wear?
A T-shirt, warmer layers for the winter months and a pair of leggings or shorts – no footwear is required
What do I need to bring?
If you have your own equipment please bring it along. Otherwise all equipment will be provided - mats, bricks, blocks, belts, bolsters and chairs.
Where are the classes and is there parking?
All the Nailsworth classes are at The Old Vicarage, Rockness Hill, Nailsworth, GL6 0PJ. Parking is on the grass at the bottom of the drive (Please do not go through the gate further up the hill). If you then walk up the hill, through the gate, and along the concrete driveway, the class is in a room above the garage. You can either walk up the grass on the right hand side or there are paved steps up the left hand side to access the room.
I am currently trying to find a new location for Wednesday evening near Quedgeley.
Should I eat before class?
We recommend not eating right before class. Please allow 3 to 4 hours after a large meal or 2 hours after a snack. This is because we frequently will be lying on our stomachs, twisting the body and doing inversions which can be uncomfortable if the stomach is full.
Again, we recommend not drinking large amounts of water in class for the same reasons.
Do I need to contact you before booking?
Please feel free to book onto any class you’d like without contacting me first. If you are new, I will send an email or talk to you before class to find out your experience and if you have any injuries.
